I'm late for my appointment. what do I do?
If you’re running late, don’t worry. We allow a 15 minute grace period for you to arrive. If you are running late, please contact your hair stylist or makeup artist immediately. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we charge the full amount for your appointment as a no-show fee.
What is the cancellation policy?
Ellure understands that things come up and you might need to cancel your appointment. If that happens, please keep in mind our cancellation policy: If you cancel seventy-two hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your total appointment cost. If you cancel less than forty-eight hours before your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your total appointment cost.
How should i prepare for my appointment?
• Makeup appointments, please make sure your face is clean and free of any makeup or mascara before your makeup artist arrives.
• Blowout appointments, we recommend your hair is freshly shampooed, conditioned and wet before your hairstylist arrives.
• Formal styles, braids and iron styles your hair needs to be clean and dry. we recommend shampooing and conditioning your hair the night before your appointment to see the best results.

Can I book a last minute appointment?
You can book an appointment online up to twenty-four hours before the desired appointment time. if you need an appointment last minute or within the next twenty-four hours please call our toll free number 1-855-727-7271 and one of our reservation specialists will accommodate your needs.
