I'm late for my appointment. what should I do?
If you’re running late, don’t worry. We allow a 15 minute grace period for you to arrive. If you are running late, please contact your hair stylist or makeup artist immediately. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we charge the full amount for your appointment as a no-show fee.
what is the cancellation policy?
ellure understands that things come up and you might need to cancel your appointment. If that happens, please keep in mind our cancellation policy:
If you cancel seventy-two hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your total appointment cost. If you cancel less than forty-eight hours before your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your total appointment cost.

how should i prepare for my appointment?
• makeup appointments, please make sure your face is clean and free of any makeup or mascara before your makeup artist arrives.
• blowout appointments, we recommend your hair is freshly shampooed, conditioned and wet before your hairstylist arrives.
• formal styles, braids and iron styles your hair needs to be clean and dry. we recommend shampooing and conditioning your hair the night before your appointment to see the best results.

a hair or makeup appointment will not exceed one hour in length. If you have both a hair and makeup appointment, it will not take longer than 90 minutes.
clients are not limited to choosing inspired looks as we our artists and stylists are well-versed iin creating your desired look. we do ask that if you have a specific look in mind for your hair or makeup, that you show your stylist a photo (or more than one) to give them a clear picture of your vision.
tip: there is no such thing as over-explaining your desired look to your stylist! the more direction they have from you, the more customized your experience will be.

each artist and stylist is selected and vetted through an extensive audition process by our highly-skilled team of artistic directors.
glamour artists and stylists are professionals that have been freelancing for multiple years and are highly skilled in their craft with a minimum of five years experience. they can help elevate your look for a weekly blowout, maintenance glam, date night, bachelorette party, formal occasion or career events.

while booking your future appointment you will have the option of re-booking a previous hairstylist or makeup artist. please keep in mind all requests are contingent upon availability.
airbrush makeup is more natural but does not provide as much coverage as traditional blended makeup. If you prefer medium to full coverage foundation, we suggest having your makeup artist use a traditional foundation that is customized and applied with a sponge or brush.
what should i do if i have a blemish?
do not squeeze or try to extract the blemish, cleanse and use a spot healing solution (preferably one that does not induce peeling). squeezing, pinching or trying to extract the blemish will cause swelling and redness to the area, keep the area dry and clean, this is optimal so we can cover and blend the blemish.
we go the extra mile, literally, to deliver beauty to your front door even if it's outside of our core service area. we do charge a travel fee starting at $25 for an outside request. you will be informed of the final travel fee upon confirming your appointment.
can I book a last minute appointment?
you can book an appointment online up to twenty-four hours before the desired appointment time. if you need an appointment last minute or within the next twenty-four hours please call our toll free number 1-855-727-7271 and one of our reservation specialists will accommodate your needs.
if coming to my hotel, how will you know my room number?
we ask that you contact your artist(s) or stylist(s) by phone or text message to relay your hotel room number upon your check-in. the sooner you inform your artist/stylist the better, so they can be prepared and punctual. if you cannot reach your artist/stylist you may call our toll free number 1-855-727-7271 press "0" for the operator.
